Here for your consideration is a wonderful Royston Turquoise cabochon. Royston Turquoise comes from the Royston mining district located near Tonapah, Nevada. "Royston Turquoise," originally consisted of four old Turquoise claims: Bunker Hill, Easter Blue, Oscar Wehrend, and Royal Blue. Lynn Otteson moved to Tonopah to mine Royston Turquoise in1958 and the Otteson family have been purveyors of this type of beautiful Turquoise for three generations. Royston Turquoise is commonly known for its vibrant color variations which range from deep green to rich, light blues which contrast by a sandy brown matrix. Copper produces blue hues. Copper and iron produce green to aqua hues. Royston Turquoise is unmistakable.

Standard radius dome. High polish front and back. The Turquoise section has nice "Pop!"

This will be a drop dead gorgeous focal piece in your next metal smithing or wire wrap project. It is indeed quite the cool collectible as well!
